ProPet and Payfirma have joined forces to offer a simple, more affordable integrated payment system exclusively for ProPet clients located in North America. Your pet business will have access to online payments, mobile payments and in-store terminals, seamlessly linked to your ProPet account – all at the most competitive rates in the industry.

quickbooks online

QuickBooks Online is an online small business accounting and financial management solution, offered in EasyStart, Essentials and Plus versions.

If you use QuickBooks Online, your transactions, invoices, customer list, and payments will all be synced in ProPet's pet boarding software. Avoid double entry and keep everything up to date automatically

Mailchimp

MailChimp offers many features and integrations that allow you to send marketing emails, automated messages, and targeted campaigns to your customers and prospects.

If you use MailChimp, you will be able to create newsletters, promotional emails, mass emails (e.g. warnings), and various other emails through ProPet. Send emails to customers who board during a specific time period (e.g. during holidays, send a note to book again)

STRIPE

With Stripe, payment processing is integrated directly into your ProPet Software account. Stripe has a seven-day waiting period for initial transactions, during which time it profiles the businesses involved to protect against potential fraud. Stripe then transfers the funds directly into the bank account linked to the payee.

If you use Stripe, you will be able to accept payments from your customers online through ProPet Software.

zapier

Customers and Events can now be 'Zapped', with more options to come. At this time it's a one-way zap from ProPet to another software. When a new customer is added or updated in ProPet it can be automatically zapped to another software (like a CRM or marketing automation software) and when an Event is added to your ProPet calendar it can be zapped to another software, like Google Calendar!

TWILIO

Our new text messaging (SMS) integration is now in beta testing for our North American customers. At this time, our SMS feature is free to use, but this will be a Premium Add-On once the integration is released out of beta. You will be able to send automated and custom text messages to your customers through your ProPet account.
