2 Where can I sign up to use ProPet Software?
You can sign up for our pet boarding software by visiting www.propetware.com and requesting a personalized demo at the time that works best for you.
3 If I sign up for a demo, am I obligated to use the software?
We will give you a demo of our kennel management software absolutely free of charge. You are not obligated to use the software after the demo.
4 What are my subscription options?
With ProPet Software you have the choice of a monthly or yearly subscription option.
5 Can I cancel my subscription to the software at any time?
If you are on a month-to-month plan, you are free to cancel at any time. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your monthly billing cycle. Should you be signed up for a yearly subscription, your cancellation will take effect at the end of your yearly billing cycle.
6 Do you offer any special promotions or benefits if I sign up to use your software?
Yes! We would be happy to discuss all of the great reasons to choose ProPet Software during your demo.
7 I currently use another boarding kennel software. How can I get my data transferred to ProPet Software so that I can use it instead?
If you are currently using another software to manage your business, and this software allows you to export your data into a CSV file, we can transfer your data right into ProPet Software.

If your computer, tablet, or phone crashes all you have to do is log into your ProPet account from another device and you will be able to access your data. Data is stored safely in the cloud, meaning that it will not get erased or compromised if your device is experiencing difficulty.

Setting up your business account is quick and easy with our skilled staff. We provide personalized demos in which we explain how to use ProPet Software and we help you to set up your account. You can sign up for a demo at www.propetware.com.
2 Can each of my staff members have their own account?
Each staff member has their own individual login information. As the administrator, you can control the level of access that each staff member has.
3 Is there a limit on the number of clients that can use the kennel software?
There is no limit to the amount of customers that you can have using the software.

1 How much storage capacity do I have access to by using cloud-based software?
Cloud based software provides virtually unlimited storage space online.
2 Is my information secure?
ProPet Software places the utmost value on security. You can rest assured that we use the most up to date industry security standards to protect your information.
3 How about my customers’ information? Is it safe?
Any information that your customers input into ProPet Software is stored in the cloud. Like your business information, the information that your customers input into the software is protected by the highest level of industry security standards.
